US government arrests organizer of fraudulent ICOs

In a statement, the Prosecutor’s Office for the Eastern District of New York reports that Maxim Zaslavsky was arrested on November 1 and charged with securities fraud during two token sales campaigns, one of which, he claims, was backed by real estate, the other by diamonds.
