Most Bitcoin Cash nodes support BCHN implementation 11 days prior to controversial fork

The Bitcoin Cash cryptocurrency network is expecting another controversial fork on November 15. The opposing sides are represented by two client implementations: Bitcoin ABC and Bitcoin Cash Node (BCHN).

According to Coin Dance, over the past week, over 75% of nodes have signaled in support of BCHN, while only 1.1% were supporters of Bitcoin ABC. About 11 days left before the fork.

The creation of BCHN was a community reaction to the proposal of the leading Bitcoin Cash developer Amory Sechet to add a rule to Bitcoin ABC, according to which 8% of block rewards will be transferred to the cryptocurrency development fund. BCHN supporters do not support this idea..

Sechet intends to continue his own chain with users of the Bitcoin ABC client and previously stated that he could get a dominant position after the fork, and with it the name “Bitcoin Cash”, however, the current distribution of nodes does not speak in his favor.

Bitcoin Cash, meanwhile, continues to update historic lows paired with Bitcoin.
